ENFP

Alice just posted this.

Josh and I did ours.
His is posted on his blog.
Here's mine:

You Are An ENFP

The Inspirer

You love being around people, and you are deeply committed to your friends.

You are also unconventional, irreverent, and unimpressed by authority and rules.

Incredibly perceptive, you can usually sense if someone has hidden motives.

You use lots of colorful language and expressions. You're quite the storyteller!

In love, you are quite the charmer. And you are definitely willing to risk your heart.

You often don't follow through with your flirting or professed feelings. And you do break a lot of hearts.

At work, you are driven but not a workaholic. You just always seem to enjoy what you do.

You would make an excellent entrepreneur, politician, or journalist.

How you see yourself: compassionate, unselfish, and understanding

When other people don't get you, they see you as: gushy, emotional, and unfocused

um, no he didn't, what gives?

Um, yes he did. What do YOU give.

Also, I didn't need to take the test, I had already taken it and I know I am an INTJ.

I'm no good at these sorts of tests. I tend to answer in ways that I hope will get me the result I think I should get. And then the test ends up telling me that I have the same personality type as Jimmy Stewart. At least I'm not on a list with Ayn Rand like someone I know. We'll call him J. Oakes. No, no, that's too obvious. How about Josh O.?

When I took the test in college, I was an ENFJ, which I identify with. I'll take the test again and see how it comes out... I love these things :)

Apparently I'm now an INFJ, "The Protector," and I'm sure the E changed to an I because I'm no longer in college -- I'm a mother who would much rather spend a peaceful Saturday evening at home most weeks!

I just read that you are becoming a birth doula. Congratulations too you! I am a certified doula through DONA and love ministering to the moms and dads. Have fun and remember to pray pray pray during the births :)
